If they still enjoy the computer I would enunciate yes, if I reflect its to behind schedule, your fruitless.
9 years ago? dude, forget nearly it
You can try your luck if you own proof, but they probably own the right not to foot.
Legally, they do owe you the money. But, individual that it is so prehistoric trying to collect will be intricate short resorting to decriminalized act. Even surrounded by that luggage it will be a difficult scuffle.
Consider this, the amount they owe you is it worth the cost that you could collect?
You may purely own to forget it. After adjectives you didn't miss it adjectives these years.
One theory might be contact the person/company and tolerate them know of the oversight. (They will own to know anyway if you plan on collecting). Maybe you can come to some sort of agreement to collect at lowest element of it lacking a punch-up.
Other than that, you hold to directory small claims court or a advocate. Neither one may be worth it. If nil else, you won't do it again.
I dont entry they would still enjoy a 9 year behind the times computer. Try sending them a bill for the 9 years and when the sound out it narrate them you just bill once every 9 years. Good luck.
First of adjectives you entail to locate the lease agreement/contract for that client. The contract should state the lease vocabulary including the amount, time, and return policies. Bill the client for the amount owed. If you want, you can include near the bill a message apologizing for the billing deferment and proposition them a stipend plan if they are inept to salary for their entire lease bill. If they don't owe any money, next simply convey a memorandum indicating that their lease have expired (if the contract shows that it have expired) and that the computer must be returned by x date or retribution the stated amount if they chose not to return the computer. This is a especially standard process. It may enjoy be an oversight but the computer does NOT belong to them. They must return the computer or compensate for other lease time.
Don't quality unpromising, companies do this adjectives the time (forget to bill or bill to the wrong address). It is still the leaser's responsibility to take-home pay to rent the computer or purchase the computer.
Best wishes.
