TSA Screener Hiring Process?
I applied for a PT screener position at a local airport last year up to that time I moved. I now hold applied to the airport close to my new house. I get an email the other day motto that the airport in my old-fashioned hometown is hiring PT screeners and I can schedule a computer theory test. But the airport I want to work at isn’t hiring right now. The TSA phone reps said to apply to the matured airport, take the audition in my nouns, but turn any offers down from the weak airport if I get one. And doing so would put me into the “pool” for the airport I want to work at. My request for information is if I do all that, how will my local airport know that I do indeed want to work within? Will TSA send me an email letting me know when that airport is hiring?
I hope to run on to move up in the TSA or move over to CBP and become an agricultural specialist.
