Ideas for an online club?

I started a online club in mid June and it's going honourable but we don't enjoy masses things to join within. I hold contests (but prizes are rare) and I did enjoy a chatroom type point but I have to rob it down. I don't hold much money since my with the sole purpose mission is a small weekly route. Please, do you enjoy any design on how I can attract more member to my site?
