And he's have a vivacity time experience within the pasture, but is is not a architect. Is he surrounded by trouble if someone brings this up to a attorney and they folder suit against him for a bill that be not rewarded by the client.

I don't know. The bigger court problem is what happen if the house or building collapses, someone dies or is injured, and he get sued for not have designed it better. If the ruling surrounded by his state say that you own to be an architect or plot to design housings or buildings, afterwards he is surrounded by big trouble no concern what the business is call.
