I want to find a businessman for some apparel surrounded by China. How do I find one that I know I can trust?

I am looking at starting a business but I own to start small. I'm looking for a garment factory owner surrounded by China and hold looked online but don't know how I find out going on for tax/logistics/getting sample to Australia. Any thinking?
