Distribute flyers at walmart parking lot?
would it be illegal to distribute flyers at a walmart parking lot, for example while folks are leaving the store on thier process to their vehicles can i mitt them out a flyer and talk around my services or so, or would that be illegal? or would i hold to take okay from the store?

Answers: Parking lots are private property of the store,so without the store manager's authorization you can not do it.
Handing out flyers is less invasive than putting them on windshields (which everyone detests finding on their vehicle!). If it's a flyer for something local that is a charity or benefit, you'd expected get the ok to do it as a handout provided you stay away from blocking the doors of the store. But if it's for voice a local band or for a vehicle wash--you have to do that from the sidewalk away from the store.
Sidewalks are public access, and if you're not making a annoying person of yourself you don't usually need to check into local ordinance. Setting yourself near a bus stop is appropriate, as the traffic there is usually stirring. But you can't litter and can't be too pushy.
Wal*mart doesn't allow that.
And don't put them on car windshields, any. I hate that and throw anything it is away.
