What does it clutch to set up and run an informational/educational conference done via cellular phone?

I own participate surrounded by audio-teleconferences as a speaker and as a listener, but never organized them. I'm amazed at what the organizer can charge (and get) as registration fees. You run the lightly cooked numbers, and it's pretty amazing income. What loving of overhead is involved? Cost of mobile lines? How did you marketplace and what did that cost? Etc. Any other experiences/costs? Where can I swot more? I'm considering including such conferences as factor of a business plan for a relatives business and trying to bring some design as to where on earth to start.
