Small buisness law and requirements?

I am currently working for a small buisness and my boss have "forgotten" to retribution me for the second four weeks, she runs the place similar to a sweatshop, she doesn't reward taxes on it, and claims that we are adjectives independent contracters even though none of us hold the permission, and she pays us gross. I enjoy never signed anything that say I work near and she have none of my information.
What law are in attendance that she is breaking, wreak I would approaching to report her, and who would I contact to report it?

I suggest you contact your state department of labor. They should know how to manipulate your problems. But, I also suggest you consider other employment or start your own business.
