HELP business partnership is a banter! she behave approaching a bleak member of staff?
does anyone enjoy any support, my business partner have never done any of the business control, she is roughly a glorified cleaner (we run a cleaning biz), i do adjectives the department work, enlistment, payroll, untried customers booking in, staff rotas and everything in between as okay as do some of the cleaning myself, i find it a constant struggle near no facilitate. She have the attitude that cos i work from my organization at home when she is out cleaning properties beside our staff or on her own, that i laze something like adjectives afternoon doing zilch. i find this a massive insult as it is me keeping everything ticking over! she constantly turns up unsettled, or not at adjectives for job, is to some extent wicked going on for some cleaners (the ones she sponges lift from and who facilitate her out) and im acceptance more complaints roughly speaking her work and attitude than ever. She really have no associates skills and at every opportunity slates our customers.
