My business partner is not interested and act close to an member of staff?
is nearby anyway that i can demote her as such and so she no longer is a business partner as she doesnt do any business command, newly works alike as any other hand we own. we enjoy a 75/25 split (i hold the larger share) although we stated on our self assess form that we are 50/50 as we dont enjoy a partnership agreement as such. can i transfer this self assessment to what it should be?
