Then they lost one of the checks...so im out around 150.00 near courier stop pay packet and only bullying very soon the ending check that be lost is for 162.00..do I hold to write on the other hand another check

as explained in another thread [yours? not sure], i don't stop pay-out. i a moment ago write anohter check and if first one get cashed, member of staff and I enjoy a crowd down at the police station near the forgery squad. any they sign the forgery complaint, or i fire 'em on the spot.

I apprehend. It's extremely frustrating when you're dealing next to incompetent force who can't hold track of something as high-status as their paycheck.
