As an LLC business can I issue myself a W2? OR do I call for to be a corporation?
Answers:
If your LLC pays you as an member of staff. Yes your LLC would treat you as if you dont own the company. You are a moment ago an member of staff for book matter. Same as a corporation.
Your LLC will folder withholdings collect taxes ect and convey them to IRS and the State ect. It doesnt issue if you are an LLC or a Corporation. How you settle yourself is really an accounting issue. Your W2 that you issue yourself is a short time ago an accounting of how much you made, how much your LLC took out of your paycheck and where on earth they sent the money. If they sent within 2000 to Federal, 500 to State, ect. Its a moment ago an accounting of what your company withheld from your check and where on earth they sent it. A company give you a W2 for excise reason. Its a simple breakdown of what you made, how much go to you and where on earth the rest of it go to the goverment and you use it to find out if you owe more or if your company withheld too much, consequently you obtain a discount.
Talk to your toll accountant for the best route to set that up, for how your company runs.
Good Luck.
