Whats the cheapest and best online clearance credit card merchant processor besides the awful paypal?

i dont trust paypal and never hold. they other time limit my accounts next to tons of money contained by it and hold it for months!! later suspend it for adjectives kind of crazy reason and ask for everything besides a dna examination. im dont wanna bother next to them. i want to supply on ebay, but no paypal. whats another credit card processor which is low cost and agreed? gratefulness!
