I did a whois search out on the site you listed- It led me to another group call "Premier Team International" which led me to a training document put out by PTI, who is a squad for Herbalife, which led me to two ripoffreport (s) ... If I have more time, there's no telling where on earth this would all pilfer me.
So, I would suspect if you fill contained by the form, a rep of Herbalife is going to be the one who contacts you.
