I be at work at 7 AM. Usually took a 5 minute "bathroom" break at 8:30 AM and 10 AM. Went to lunch anytime between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Took another 5 minute "bathroom" break at 1:45 PM, and be out by 3 - 3:30 PM.
On average, I took nearly 50 to 70 phone call during my shift. I don't know what the percentage is beforehand burnout, but when I feel it be time for a "bathroom" break whether I needed to really progress or not, I took it.
