Who Is Financially Responsible?

We own a meadow preservation company. Our hand, while using a weedeater, broke a windowpane at a client's house. He hit a rock, and the rock hit the skylight. It be an happenstance.
Who is financially responsible? We the owners, or our hand?
Should the hand be responsible for the entire bill, or lone sector of it?
Thanks within credit!

Anything your business does, whether by owners or force, is the responsibility of the company. As far as taking the workforce money, I do not surmise explicitly appropriate member of staff control. Have you warn them give or take a few rocks and what your company's policy / procedure is when this happen? Is it a written policy? If you hold the pay envelope away from this hand they may exit. How much money do you own invested here soul? How much more money and time will be spent training a alien hand?
your business be the one hired, so also the one responsible.
Check beside your business insurance which you should own. If they won't salary the homeowner for the glass than I believe it should be taken out of your workers pay envelope, but he should be made aware of it.
Unless the hand be using the weedeater in hazardous or careless style he shouldn't be held responsible for casual damages.
Otherwise the employer should be held as the responsible gala when incidental injure occur during routine operation.
You really should own insurance to repay for things such as this. Imagine what the bill could be if that rock have hit someone within the eye. Would you expect the hand to wage for the hospital bills for that, could you afford that?
Insurance is a worthy proposal. But I guess porthole cup is broken and not the skylight.

It is better adjectives three party share the expenses surrounded by equal proportion. If not agreed upon, it can be shared by any two, and if in that is no mutual construal afterwards as a company you are solely responsible.
