Where do U.S. Farm Bills win their funding from?

Does the Farm Bill draw from funding directly from the federal budget, or from the USDA (and possibly other departments) budget(s)? Do states contribute any finiancial resources as capably, or is the money solely federal? Thanks!

Answers:
The US funds it plough bill through the export tax dollars of the us citizen. It also mandate spot on things that the states must do, thus the permanent status "Unfunded mandtes" which that state is required to fund through its budget. But generaly speaking the USDA below the Department of the Interior handle the budget. Yes within possibly some cross funding from other departments. But adjectives the money comes from the duty payer at the federal or state height.

There are persuaded amounts of money available through private grant, funded by corporations also or sure interest groups. But these funds enjoy no stance on the fedral budget.
