Registered trade name person used on ebay Question?
I enjoy a registered trade identify next to the state of NH and a personality 1 town over have a ebay details beside duplicate designation as my business and selling matching types of items. How can I get hold of them to stop? I am getting question from inhabitants that they chew over I am selling their items(I own a consignment store) on Ebay and not getting thier full % of a sale

Write them a note making them aware of the reality that they are infringing on your trademark and ask them other to stop and desist promptly. Perhaps they don't know. If it continues later I would own an attorney do this or you can travel to court and request an injunction to enjoy them stop the use of your registered identify.

FYI: From what I take to mean, it is the entity who used the trade given name for business first, not who registered it first, to be exact the one who owns it.
