Not sure how to settlement near scarcity of opportunity description?
Ok, I work at a small business where on earth my chore falls beneath several different category depending on whats going on. My responsibilities list from receptionist to assistant to organization boss to stroke psychotherapist. There have be someone hired to do the receptionist and assistant work but is not doing it ably at adjectives. The single soul above me is the owner and she usually make adjectives the decision and give adjectives directives. Since the bureau is so small at hand is no encyclopaedia, no offical profession descriptions and no authoritative training procedure. My working 5 diff positions have not here me unqualified to train her as economically as i would own like to (though we have no problem near our later member of staff who moved and recieved equal form of training). I don't know how to dance in the order of fixing this situation and am afraid I may overstep my borders by relating her to revise things that are wrong or delegate at adjectives. She is also contained by her 60's and I'm contained by my 20's. I'm tempt to only just write a procedures encyclopaedia and present it to my boss.

Write an outline for a procedures brochure and present that to your boss. It sounds as though the business is growing, and she will probably be joyful that you took this on. That process you don't invest a large amount of time on the almanac, and you take the boss' sign-off on the project.
As for the clean receptionist- likelihood are she may be discomfited next to newer technology (I know that presumes seriously, it's merely that the "older" crowd sometimes have a frozen time near computors, etc.) Be class and respectful of her age, I realize i.e. complex when a fellow hand is making things worse than better. It will salary sour for you, trust me.
