What should i collect resembling.what type of company financial reports, surveys...etc
and what are the franchising regulations for Singapore, which this company have to follow

1) I s in that a true call for for the product or service

3) Availability of capital
4) Realistic prospects for growth in need bazaar over-saturation
If the business plan doesnt answer every put somebody through the mill above within a positive behaviour, after it is not worth the time and energy to franchise.
You want to study the MARKET... NOT the business to determine whether it should be franchised or not. ANYTHING can be franchised, its lately a situation of if it would be profitable.
