Can I retract a LLC?
I formed a LLC thru my accountant several months ago. Since that time I no longer hold a entail for my LLC. The twelve-monthly rates (or doesn`t matter what payment) of $800 is due this month. Is in attendance a opening to repeal the LLC and not hold to repay that toll? Or am I locked within? My LLC is file within California.
