Small Business Loans and/or Grants for Minorities?
I am a Filipino (hopefully looking for answers from any other filipino experianced here matter) looking to any come by a small business loan, state, establishment, or privatized funded allow, or other acquirable wherewithal to buy into a small business explicitly essentially a franchise.
Not approaching a restaurant but a service company requiring $50,000 means for the equipment purchase. I would also obligation an second $25-50,000 for overhead (building lease, public relations, uniform, etc.).
I live contained by Texas if explicitly relevent. I do not own any of my own assets and or collateral. I rent my home and simply hold a vehicle salaried past its sell-by date. I own ominous brown curly mane, relish strolls on the coast and similar to to karoake...whoa, ok, very soon I'm going rotten on a tangent.
Anyways, any information would be greatly appreciated. And as I do on other question, smart alecky remarks will be response as in good health.

There are essentially one and only 4 sources for grant. A little agreed certainty it that you do NOT own to be a non-profit to get hold of a give up, regardless of what others explain to you ... I've help for-profits apply for grant.
Federal grant are call Small Business Innovation Research grant. These are given primarily for some trial innovation. You can find out what's available at:

Some cities present grant to small businesses if they will locate in the downtown nouns, for the purposes of building up downtown traffic. Check next to City Hall.
