Austion thats an age frail ask. I wasn't 100% sure unitl I was 30. I walk away from a great work for the one I really required, and I'm blissful I did it.

As a notice, the one article you should not help yourself to into consideration is how much money you want to clear. Careers do produce you money, but if it's your lone source of money afterwards that factor will organize you away from job that you might love but don't foot plenty. Let other things that you won't spend so much time doing (40 hours a week, 50 weeks a year comes to 2000 hours per year for 40+ years) be base on your financial wants.
