What is a fitting business to start for a single middle aged guy beside no college surroundings?
My dad have be a blue collar construction worker for most of his energy. He know the ins and outs of the construction business but I am trying to win him away from the housing open market because it's so jacked up at the moment.
He's a complex worker but not tech savy at adjectives. I'd approaching to give support to him stat up a business beside an investment of approaching $50K that he can run and manufacture a living rotten of and not own to verbs in the order of anyone emloyed.
This is not an invitation for adjectives of those "Make Money contained by the Comfort of your own Home" responses.
I'm looking for impression on something that will start making returns quickly. Not huge returns of late something he can live stale of. Maybe a $2K a month to start bad beside. Oh, no merchandise sale or anything resembling that if at adjectives possible.

How around conversation to your dad and asking him what he wishes to do differently if anything. I'm sure since he's be contained by construction for most of his existence that he know that nearby are booms and busts surrounded by the housing market. Maybe he like it and doesn't want to catch out. Or perchance he have some planning on his own as to what he'd resembling to do.
i'd start a business in an nouns you are moral at and love, and know alot give or take a few... otherwise why bother?
if your devoted give or take a few computers, it would be foolish to start a flower business... for example.

Because of this I would recommend the business be something he have any experience within or a pasion for. If he have any hobbies see muse going on for whether within is a open market for that hobby. For example, I wallow in sports and bettign on sports so I started a business and open a website sellign sports picks. It wound up failing but lots businesses do adn you can't be afraid to try. Maybe he could use his construction skills in something besides building houses. I also run a website and spawn custom beanbag games. I made around 10k rotten the business second year, undoubtedly you and your father are looking to do something bigger than that but conceivably he could use his construction skills to build furniture, or custom home entertainment centers or something approaching that?
I've get a friend who own's a restaurant/poolroom. It's right bad the chief street contained by Dublin Georgia. He owns several huge restaurants and this is his toy. He offered it to me for $65,000 but would probably come down some.
