Is it possible to official document a t-shirt design?
I"m not sure how to describe it... if i create a shirt and start selling it, can i government grant the design somehow so that nobody can produce a shirt that looks close to mine? It's not going to be, for example, a plain green t-shirt so that should remove most of the smart *ss answers. They would be button up shirts beside designs on the front, so is that a possible exclusive rights? Is it even possible to rights a shirt? And how would i do that? :)
