can anyone impart me any more detail as to where on earth the postal individuals are striking?

Well, explicitly communication to me. I didn't know they be on strike and I notably doubt they are.
Postal body are elected representatives workers...it is illegitimate for them to strike. I guess that you are to immature to remember when the atmosphere traffic controllers tried it. It turned out that adjectives of them be fired and regretted it.
