Post organization postal costs?
i posted a DVD boxset surrounded by a jiffy rucksack on special assignment at a small post organization branch and it come to lb5, a couple of days subsequent i posted a notification near tickets contained by it at a larger branch on special labour and it come to lb5.70, i don't grasp it? the DVD bag be heavier, larger but cost smaller quantity, do larger branches whip more money from you to deliver?

I dont believe so that it make a difference on the postage
depending upon the size of the post bureau.
However here could be other factor involved, similar to,
sometimes if you use the bag supplied by the
post bureau, the charges are sometimes smaller number,
some open-handed of packages it is duplicate charge for the
first partially kg, sometimes nearby could be a promotion on
some kind of packages, if you check the website of
your local post, you will find most of the details including
the postage on different packages and sizes and weights.

Special Delivery up to 100g is lb4.30. Up to lb500g it's lb4.75. There is no lb5.70 height. So you are mistaken.
I repeat - the amounts you salaried are not Special Delivery rates. The weightiness and cost are caculated automatically at the Post Office.
What parcels do the receipts man beside? They should be something similar to ZV xxxx xxxxx GB
