Answers:
It take several steps to engineer a bid on something, so it's unyielding to know how you bid on your own item by mistake.

You can relist the item as though it be an unpaid mart, but you'll still be responsible for the ingenious fees. What you did by bidding on your own item is call shill bidding and ebay have strict policies against that stuff. Don't verbs nearly the PayPal downfall of it. PayPal doesn't collect anything until an actual compensation is made through them.
ebay will charge you a percentage for selling the item, you don't own to settle paypal, unless you plan on paying yourself through paypal:) Next time don't bid on your own stuff.
I am suspecting foul play but what you can do is use the Second Chance give phase and see if the previous dignified bidder is still interested. Although you will hold to income another final significance duty this path, you can also manually contact the utmost bidder and see if you guys can do it straight through PayPal.

There is nought you can do to avoid eBay fees unless you want to report a nonpaying bidder.

Basically since you have to own used a minor eBay to bid, your computer will eventually be traced by the eBay fraud detection system inside a few weeks and your sketch will be suspended from creating auctions for 30 days or so. This will be your first admonitory and will be forgiven.

Maybe this will school you not to artificially inflate your prices.
