Contracting a chalice businesswoman?

I'm looking for a european or north american partner to manufacture glassware (drinking glasses) for a tentative line of products. How would I walk about finding one? I looked on Kompass.com but I couldn't find one.

I DON'T want to buy from china. I want these to be manufactured for this brand SPECIFICALLY.
