If it be close to a cake shop but also where on earth you can come relax, hold a pastry, and congregate friends do you devise itd bring back ample business judge it be a nice place, to be succesful? Do folks even walk to bakeries anymore bar to freshly obtain cake?

YES!! ppl still go to bakeries...nice LOCATION is a big plus, nice and verbs atmosphere is a must.
