I want to become fruit broker (specifically orange) coz i know closely the supplier, how to start?

This supplier plays big number. But seem to do marketing passively.I saw possibility to expand his market, while taking some profit along the passageway. But i hold never done broking or becoming a middleman. I would be grateful if someone can impart me clues as where on earth to start. I toy with red, and vanilla.
