as a big plane superior for a life-size aircraft company i fought this problem for a long time and other lost the brawl.. these self-assessment are great for the mid horizontal and up workers bees or adjectives plane of direction. not for the troops contained by the trenches. that said try something similar to this
1. become exceedingly proficient within my day by day tasks
2. be not assigned any confrontational assignments
3. assigned more insulting tasks so i can become a more beneficial member of staff to the company and enhanced my career
