Who can I report my former proprietor to and own his house condemned?
I lived in that house for 9 months. He demanded rent when it wasnt due. He did not comply with any of our agreements upon my moving into the house. He refuse most of my requests for repairs and hired people off the street to fix the momentous ones, which resulted in some of my things being broken and me have to re-repair what needed to be fixed out of my own pocket. The insect problem was so bad that I have to throw away most of my furniture and get new because it be impossible to kill them all ( this be the main cause for my move). He refuse to pay for an exterminator. Water damage be so severe that a part of the ceiling fell out (which I also had to repair myself). I purely found out that he is putting the home back up for rent and want to protect anyone who might consider it. I have pictures of living conditions!

code enforcement or health department. Hopefully then will come efficient enough before anybody else have to go thru these living conditions. Contact your local health department. If they can't abet then they can point you in the right direction.
City/county building inspection or environmental robustness dept. Sorry you got a bum deal.. perchance it was just what you rewarded that made the landlord reluctant to repair, or maybe since you have "agreements" his was different than yours..
Only thing I can influence is that the Insect problem is yours.. not his.. in a house that is.. Here is what to do immediately,,, not next time, not next week, not tomorrow, but today, Go online and buy some "Max Force roach bait" it is great stuff, and one tube will final you years.. I bought a dorm that was so bug infested and had 3 diff companies try to acquire rid of the,,,, Bought some of that Max Force and they were gone in a week. I use it on adjectives of my places.. Everyone has bugs,,Just some don't know how to deal next to them or make pets of them LOL
