I obligation to know what we can do?
myself and my partner had our daughter 2 years ago and since then things enjoy been up and down financially.i work part time and my partner works 57 hours a week for an estate agents but one and only brings home a small amount of money as the property market is terrible at the moment.we live at home near my mum and we are desperate to start life in a place of our own, we own tried the council, and private renting, being turned down because of our credit and because we're under 24.its so frustrating seeing other inhabitants with their own homes and no job.we work our * of but reap no rewards.it seem the only chance we own is to have another baby, but in attendance is NO chance in hell we're going to do that as we already consistency immense guilt bringing our daughter into this situaiton.
what can we do?what rewards are there for decent human beings contained by the uk?
Answers: This is the reason for the credit crunch thought, everyone wanting something that they cant afford really.
You have both get great work ethics but stop trying to keep up near the Jones, your partner needs to either look at going into some other nice of work or cutting his hours. It must be torture for him walking around other peoples homes that he cant afford, but when the market is dutiful no doubt his earnings will be better.
I am sure he can come home and detail you disaster stories about people who hold over committed themselves with mortgages and debt and now frontage the loss of everything.
Sorry I realise that's not what you want to hear but that's the honest truth, there are other parts of the country that are no where effective as expensive as some areas but the problem is that employment is not as good in these areas any.
It's a bit naughty but what my mate did was gain her mum to phone up the council and tell them she was going to see her out, as she had a kid this pushed her to the top of the list and she get a place in weeks!
I know it's frustrating but keep on working. I believe contained by Karma, if you work hard and are good citizens you will be rewarded!!
Good luck!
Stop paying attention to what you think others hold and find peace in yourselves. go rear there and keep on trying, thats what my legs say to my head
Contact your council members and mp.and shout like hell about things to them...that should do the trick and for virtue sakes don't bring more kids into your misery.! If your partner works 57hrs and gets little money, why does he not get a different chore, the housing market is tight but agents are still selling.
If you have be turned down by private landlords, you must have bad credit history, but this would not affect your application to the council, it is more probable you do not have enough points. And your age have nothing to do with you not getting a house.
I work out you feel guilty about your child, but this is something you can not adaptation.
There are plenty of rewards, but you need to go and obtain them.
Life is not easy, we all own trials, its how you deal with them and verbs.
I think your main target is for your partner to receive a better paid job, he can other go back to estate agency then.
I did not mean to be harsh beside you, but your still young and you have to gross the best of things.
Good luck.
