I am belated paying this months rent?
Because I started a new job which will money on 5/16 my economic refund I haven't gotten. I never be late on my rent. What can I do what do i tell the proprietor I live in the apartment complex for 2 years with no trouble for the hotelier. So what can I do to tell her. It's just so embassering.
Answers: Be honest and explain your situation to the innkeeper as soon as possible. Most of the time they will work with you if you are sincere in trying to arrest up on the rent. Good luck to you.

I think it is OK to tell the proprietor about your problems. Although you may think this is mortifying, if you tell the landlord too overdue, your relationship might turn onto more negative side.
Most landlords (even some letting agencies) can give a leyway when one-off delay happen as long as it is not repetitive.
I believe everything will be fine very soon..

As a Landlord I would be more feeling like to work with a Tenant that is up front and honest fairly than one that doesn't keep me aware of problems like this. Call your Landlord and consent to them know what is happening. It's always better for us to know. that passageway we can rearrange our finances to account for the unsettled payment. Most small Landlords (30 units or less) rely on the rent payments to cover the mortgage and duty payments for that property. Very little is profit especially if the building is new to the Landlord. I'd offer the $300.00 until the rest can be remunerated. Tell your landlord that you will be late near the rent. Most landlords charge a late fee so be prepared to discharge extra this month. Be sure to explain why you are late and tell the hotelier when you expect to have the rent. Most landlords appreciate a tenant being upfront next to them instead of avoiding them.

Everyone at sometime meets with difficulties, it is how you feel them, that matters. The best thing is to be honest next to the landlord. He/She will appreciate your honesty.
