How much should I charge for a damage deposit to people who move into my place for freshly 5 weeks? They are an elderly couple. I would be subleting from 6/20 to 7/27 and the place is 1350.
Answers: If they are truly an elderly couple I doubt they could do must damage in purely 5 weeks. I'd be trusting and ask for 1/2 the amount they will be paying in rent.
