House for Dutch auction?

ok we seen a house on a website for sale it is 59,900 1650 sq foot 3b2b 2 living areas...its an older home like 1959...The front of the house looks fine...It shows solitary a few pics...the yard and the back of the house...The backbone doesnt look so great...My question is does it mean if they dont own pics of the inside that it is going to be a bad or trashy house...I have notice a lot of homes not showing the inside..

Answers:    If there are smaller amount than flattering aspects to a home, then it's really not with taking inside photos.

It could be that the interior is contained by bad shape or sometimes, a previous owner had bizarre tastes in paint colors. I've see some pretty VIVID color schemes & wondered what the owners were thinking. Purple bedrooms, blue living rooms, pink kitchens, red carpet. Paint is a fairly cheap fix.

It also could be that the home isn't equipped yet for photos to be taken of the interior & they are going with the exterior shots immediately & will upload more photos once the inside it cleaned. (if it's a fairly new listing)

If it's be on the market for a while, chances are the interior isn't amazingly flattering.
it bugs me when agents do show pictures of the inside, they take pictures of the outside, and everything around it but the ,most important THE INSIDE,,, that's a red flag.. A. the house could be trashed inside (B) it's rented and the tenant wont allow the agent inside to take pixs
call the address list agent and see if they have pictures of the inside and if they would email them to you or if they'll show you the house ( if you have an agent give the name him/her and ask to show you the house) Many bank owned/ REO/HUD homes will not show inside photos. You can blame it on lazy agents or simply the certainty that the banks don't demand the extra action from their listing agents. At that price range it probably have some work to be done, hopefully its all cosmetic. Get a reputable agent, set an appointment and check it out for yourself. Make sure you have an approval notification from a GOOD bank as most sellers will want it along beside the offer in crust you decide to make one.
Chances are the inside of the home is not surrounded by great shape. However, you should have a real estate agent pinch you to preview the home if you like it from the outside. At that price, do not be expecting a mansion...
