we are doing a home loan and it has been approved beside conditions. here is my question one of the conditions are 2 yrs of tax returns because some of the income is 1099 income from labor however my w2 and 1099 show the amounts earn but on the tax returns we claimed all possible expenses such as saloon and truck mileage expenses so its not showing alot of income after expenses (alot less) and when we started the process before they got our export tax returns we were approved for 115,000 with using our w2 and 1099 and the house we are buying is 109,000 will this hang on to us from getting the loan or will it be ok in case it matter its an fha home loan

I wouldn't worry about it. If they approved you for 115,000 you should be fine.
FHA will decline a loan that does not miserable guidelines. They are a great program but have tighten guidelines just resembling everyone else. They do no want to be the new place for bad loans since here is no more subprime. Let me know if I can help.
