Considering renting our house surrounded by Las Vegas. Anyone next to any experience near property government companies?

Answers:    My best suggestion is to use a management company that is not flat allowance based. You need someone who is base on percentage. A flat fee based company get paid whether or not anyone lives in your house. It's easier for them if nobody lives at hand. They get paid, and they don't own to do any work. A company that gets paid a percentage of the rent is going to work to hang on to someone in the apartment, because if nobody lives there, they win nothing.

Beyond that, you need to settle on what terms you are comfortable with, and amount out how involved you want to be in the management of the house. Some companies will do everything for you (pay adjectives the bills, fix things, etc), and some will not. So you need to contact as many as you can to compare rates and policies in the past making a decision. Many of them require a contract, which may be as little as 6 months or as much as 2 years.

Lots of things to consider.

Good luck. :)
