i have a huge complaint within "Consumer Affairs " on this..
and Tom Lysinger Vice President of Western Union has put in writing...."but we don't fastidiousness the numbers matched"..and "they knew your name"...
that is what they base the release on..not that the name and city and location of receiver didn't meeting
you can phone WESTERN UNION yourself..
i have police file numbers...etc..and WESTERN UNION still refuse to give me the information to "civilly sue" the person given my sons rent receiving..
(simply my son went..to N.Dakota for school and needed housing..and it seem logical)
