A lost title within Texas?
I'm currently in the process of selling some land beside a mobile home on it.
But lo and behold...by pure bad luck, I end up losing the deeds to everything I own.
I be able to get the creation for the land, but I'm having trouble next to the deed to the mobile home.
Where do I need to jump to get a copy of the deed for the mobile home?
By the mode..I paid cash when I bought the mobile home.
Answers: Take the VIN to the DMV, I would ponder they can print it up.
Closing agent or escrow (when you bought) still may have the records also if the statute of limitations on retaining those library has not passed.
Usually, if you have have a "title elimination" done on the mobile, you don't need the title, as it was eliminate. If not, then yes, you do need it.
Sometimes the Appraisal District will own information regarding the mobile home. Look at your county's website
