Can I will items surrounded by a house when I provide It?

I have an antediluvian house that still has furniture within it that I don't want to have to dispose of. Can I resign from it when I sell the house? As soon as the house is sold (to a utility company), it will be leveled and made slice of a parking lot.
I really have no channel of disposing the stuff and don't have time to be bothered near it.

Answers:    Try giving it away. Craiglist has a fact list for "free stuff".

There is also freecycle.com.

Someone will want your furniture to sell themselves, or might in actual fact need it. Giving it away would alleviate any possible liability on your portion.
it will be leveled and made part of a parking lot.

Leave it.
You can set out anything you want, provided the sales contract doesn't voice otherwise.
