Good towns to buy in NJ?

I really want to stay in Manasquan and never move off!! We basically can't afford it right immediately. My son is 5 months feeble so we are liable to move somewhere else while be build equity and secure up to come put money on to Manasquan when he go to institution, so more or less 5 years. We are probably going to expire up surrounded by Brick, I am only so terrified that the house will not appreciate at adjectives. Any other towns surrounded by Monmouth or Ocean counties that you regard are up and coming?

Answers:
Don't listen to the first bonehead. New Jersey is a great place to live (i live here!) If I be you I would discuss to a Realtor contained by the areas you are considering I don't work in those counties but could make available you a referral if interested. I will update you this however, brand name sure you don't buy anything to expensive because you could enjoy a strong time selling when you do opt depending on the souk. As you see its currently a buyers marketplace so when things pick up which they will you should know how to flog and put somewhat tuning surrounded by your purse. Hope this help and lots of luck.
