Im an investor and I found a home for 20k and I hold the money but the agent tell me unwell own to dawdle a month he said they hold to do an inspection and appraisal but im newly gonna scratch the house down and I already own the 20k so why should I grasp an inspection and appraisal. Without an inspection and appraisal should this speed up the closing process? And can waive the inspecton and appraisal?
