I'm finally looking at moving out of the parents house. Do the rent prices down on adjectives websites such as rent.com across the world include undeveloped utilities? I know they not adjectives of them do, however I know some of them include primary utilites. (Many websites do not specify.)
I'm setting up a budget to see what I can afford and what I can't. I'd phone up around to the individual places, but right very soon i'm trying to catch a round number to see if I am even financially competent to move out.
