What penalty are near for moving hasty near an FHA loan?

We've be contained by our house for basically over a year. We plan on staying in it for 3-4 years longer (at least). I want to right to be heard our loan states at hand will be a allowance if we move back living here for 5 years. Is this true? If so, does anyone know what penalty nearby may be? We're contained by Tennessee. Thanks!

FHA loans don't enjoy a pre-payment cost. However if you bought a HUD home or get some features of forfeit that may own a cost if you move.
Check over your paperwork, but any category of cost won't be from the FHA loan.
I be not aware of a pre-payment cost beside FHA.
