My husband and I applied for a mortgage closing week and be pre-approved for 40% more than we can afford or obligation. We undoubtedly said no thankfulness and took what we needed. All of those stupid associates who transport the extra and consequently can't pay envelope it put money on should lose their homes.
Luv, if your working next to a lender that say they can qualify you for more than you can afford, you are working beside an idiot or a swindler and should avoid them at adjectives costs.
