Must the deposite be returned, if Dutch auction is not finalized,?

is the wholesaler of an item required to return a deposite placed on said item,if the public sale is not finalized,if the buyer decide to not purchase, must the deposite be returned to the buyer,

Answers:
it depends completely on the wording of the contract. if the contract does not address the deposit, next it's negotiable-and a terribly poorly written contract. do better subsequent time.
I would probably extend to supply wager on 1/2
of the deposit, since the property be taken stale the market-thus making it not available for sale-it really depends on how long the property be past its sell-by date the market-if it be a month or longer next I would probably hold on to the deposit.
I contemplate that adjectives depends on your contract and/ or agreement you have.
Those question can (or should) be answered surrounded by the wording of the contract.
Since this is not actual property it is considered a Bill of Sale. Therefore, you would hold to check beside the Dept of Motor Vehicles within your state. The Buyer must enjoy a ligitimate drive not to complete the Dutch auction. If the idea is legal, after the deposit could be requested by the Buyer.
