I be told by my agent this morning that the lender have finally approved the contribute we received; on the condition that we sign a promisory record stating that we will pay packet stale the $75,000 less contained by monthly payments. I'm confused! Doesn't that thrash the point of a short public sale? Also, we own PMI written into our loan agreement so wouldn't PMI write sour the be a foil for?
