Major genuine estate infringement...What can I do?
I own my own environment & I'm going through a modular co. to build my house. I have a friend bid me & enlighten me that he freshly saw my lot (that I own salaried for) on the mls system. Which ability, as if it be for Dutch auction!! I am livid! It have already be on the mls for 2 days when I caught it. They said they put it on within to boost comps for modulars surrounded by my nouns. My point is that #1 i.e. dishonest & #2 the building company signed a book agreement on my lot next to the agent as if he owned it. How can I draw from compensated for this. I could turn them into the board & formulate them both lose their licence. What do I do? I own taken a tangible estate class so now I know the severity of what they have done! Please aid!

They can not put a fact list on the MLS near your expressed written consent. I would bid the broker and communicate them to rescind those listings urgently or you are going to ring the Association of Realtors and wallet a complaint. They could lose their affiliation beside the board of Realtors.
If you took that class, shouldn't you know what to do? I'd parley to a realtor and see what they voice.

If you can, find out who the information bank agent/realtor is.
